Would you like to learn how to do amazing balloon twisting?

In this course, you will learn 4 basic balloon twists and an introduction to materials, safety and pumps. Instruction provided by Cynthia Spurrier.

When: Tuesday, May 23, 2017  7:00 - 9:00pm
            

Cost: $25.00 per person

Where: Kinsmen Family Place, Parkland Mall 

REGISTRATION POLICY

Registration for program will not be considered complete until payment of program is made in full. Fees must be received within five business days of registering or the registration will be cancelled and the participant will lose their space in the program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 20% administration fee on any program cancellations prior to the beginning of program. Once program has begun no refunds will be issued.

For consideration of other participants, if due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend the program, please ensure that you cancel your registration as soon as possible.

This will ensure that other clients on the waiting list are able to attend.
