This is an eight week anxiety education program that involves children (aged 5-8) and their parents. During the program, the children work with a facilitator to improve on anxiety identification and reduction strategies.
The parents attend a concurrent session facilitated by a family therapist, where they learn about the main perspectives on what anxiety is, where it comes from, and how to interne in a healthy way.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration for program will not be considered complete until payment of program is made in full. Fees must be received within five business days of registering or the registration will be cancelled and the participant will lose their space in the program.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 20% administration fee on any program cancellations prior to the beginning of program. Once program has begun no refunds will be issued.
For consideration of other participants, if due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend the program, please ensure that you cancel your registration as soon as possible.
This will ensure that other clients on the waiting list are able to attend.
