The type of information we usually collect and maintain may include: Mailing address, Date of Birth, Gender, Emergency Contact, Medical Conditions, registration History, etc.

When registering we may request information that is needed for you to participate in our programs. You may refuse, however this may make you ineligible to participate in the program.
